Performance Characteristics
1. The high-pressure winding all adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which improves the impact distribution of the winding.
2. The low-pressure winding adopts cylinder or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, Ann turn balance, and good short-circuit resistance of the product.
3. The positioning structure is added to the device body, so that no displacement is generated during transportation. Meanwhile, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners are not loose in the long-term operation process and meet the requirements of not lifting the core.
4. Spray primer and finish paint after oil removal, embroidery removal and phosphorization treatment, which can hide the special use requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and wet and dirty areas.
5. Select the components, adopt the fully sealed transformer oil tank, with the pressure release valve, signal thermometer, gas relay installed according to the standard requirements, to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
